In a project, my role is to engage with each service provider, understand their needs, and implement continuous improvements to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders. I am also responsible for connecting the various professionals and participants, fostering effective communication and ensuring the seamless execution of the event while remaining true to the original brief.
02 MONITORING OF BUDGETS AND RESSOURCES
So that you can focus on the creative aspects, I ensure that project expenses are optimized to remain within the allocated budget and oversee the availability of all resources required by each service provider throughout the project.
03 ARTISTIC DIRECTION SUPPORT AND ON-SITE IMPLEMENTATION
My role enables me to maintain a holistic view of the project, allowing me to balance creative vision with technical and budgetary considerations. Combined with my creative sensibility, this perspective enables me to provide strategic guidance on the project's artistic direction. I also oversee the operational implementation of the various project elements, ensuring that the creative vision is executed effectively and cohesively.

For a D-Day service, my role will be to ensure the event runs smoothly, oversee the schedule and make sure everyone’s needs are met.
